I slept so comfy in the comfy bed.

Neat room, warm with fairly clean bathrooms.

For a 3 star hotel everything was very comfortable, I appreciated to be here. The staff were affable and really good in case of questions. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and offered a dining area, a seating area and ironing facilities. It had cosy decor. The location was excellent and particularly good, right by trains running throughout the night, the beer garden and Thatcham rail station. This property met needs well in every way, do recommend.

Its personnel was attentive and superfriendly, no complaints.

The room conditions left much to be desired!!! Noisy hallways and dingy corridors offer an uninviting entrance that could definitely use improvement!!! Klarification around parking fees would prevent unnecessary fines !!!

We visited the local attractions and enjoyed the cozy ambience at the pub. Priced reasonably for the quality. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Occasional noise from the bar area could be disruptive at night.

I enjoyed a lovely stay with my family where we had a charming room with exposed beams, and it was great to just step outside for a smoke. The garden was nice to relax in, and we loved the live music on the weekend. The only downside was the breakfast timing confusion, but overall, it was a good experience! 😊

More disabled parking spaces are needed.

The room was so cute, like staying in a little stable. Had our own front door and it was super quiet. Loved the beams in the room. If u smoke, step out to the car park is easy too. Best stay in ages, 10/10!

The shower pressure was kinda weak and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. It took forever to get served at breakfast.

The atmosphere is cozy with its charming décor! The outdoor garden area is a perfect spot to unwind, especially on sunny days. Breakfast was a delight, with robust choices and really good flavors that set a positive tone for the day!

Cozy room, friendly staff, and the convenient location made my stay enjoyable, with easy access to the outdoor dining area and a tv in the room for relaxation after exploring.

The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, made a difference. My room wasvery comfy and tidy enough, although the decor felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was decent, with good portion sizes, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. It served our needs for the night, but an upgrade on the facilities would elevate the experience.

Such a good pub vibe! The food was fab and fairly priced. Plus, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump to the races-how convenient!

The shower was like a hose with a mind of its own, and I could hear the people upstairs having a midnight chat! Not exactly the peace I was hoping for.
